Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Not necessarily. Hiddify is listed for free on the App Store in regions such as Korea. If you cannot find it, check the region of your Apple ID.
This is a privacy feature in iOS 16 and later. When an app tries to access your clipboard, a prompt appears. You must select 'Allow Paste' for the NodeNow subscription URL to be correctly imported.
The VPN profile might not be set up in your iPhone system settings. When you attempt to connect for the first time, tap Allow in the "Hiddify would like to add VPN configurations" prompt and enter your passcode.
Routing settings might be incorrect or causing bottlenecks on domestic networks. Ensure the Proxy mode is set to Rule (or Auto) instead of Global in the app settings for better performance with local apps.
Maintaining a VPN tunnel can consume slightly more resources. You can disable unnecessary background apps in iOS [Settings] > [General] > [Background App Refresh] or manually disconnect Hiddify when not in use.
