NodeNow VPN ("NodeNow", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights when you use our website, VPN service, mobile application, and related services.
We collect only the information necessary to provide, operate, protect, and improve NodeNow VPN.
NodeNow uses Android's VpnService API to create a VPN tunnel between your device and the VPN server selected by you or automatically selected by the app through Smart Mode.
VpnService is used only to provide the core VPN connection feature, including VPN connection management, Smart Mode, node selection, connection status, traffic routing through the VPN tunnel, and user-selected app-based VPN exclusions.
NodeNow does not use VpnService to monitor, sell, or monetize user traffic, inject advertisements, redirect advertising traffic, collect browsing content, or track the websites and services you access.
VPN traffic is routed only for the purpose of providing the VPN connection requested by the user. Apps selected in the "VPN Excluded Apps" feature are excluded from the VPN tunnel according to the user's own choice.
To provide and manage the VPN service, NodeNow may process limited VPN connection metadata such as session start and end time, selected server, data usage, connection status, app version, device type, and subscription status.
Your IP address may be processed temporarily as part of normal network communication, authentication, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, service security, and troubleshooting. We do not use this information to track the websites you visit or the content of your traffic.
We do not log your browsing history, DNS query content, traffic content, or the websites and services you access through the VPN tunnel.
NodeNow may display the list of installed apps on your device so that you can choose which apps should be excluded from the VPN connection.
The installed app list and package names used for the VPN exclusion feature are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers, unless required for troubleshooting with your explicit support request.
This feature is provided only to help users manage app-based VPN routing preferences.
We do not collect or store the content of your online activity through the VPN tunnel.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
For purchases made in the Android app distributed through Google Play, NodeNow uses Google Play Billing to process subscriptions and in-app purchases.
We do not store your full credit card number, bank account information, or Google Play payment credentials on our servers.
Where permitted by Google Play policy and applicable law, an alternative billing option may be offered together with Google Play Billing. In such cases, payment transaction information necessary to activate, verify, or manage your subscription may be processed by the selected billing provider and reported as required by Google Play policy.
If you purchased or activated a subscription outside the Google Play-distributed Android app, your subscription status may still be used only to provide access to the NodeNow service after you log in.
We may use the following third-party services that process limited data according to their own privacy policies:
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security purposes.
Limited VPN connection metadata used for service operation, billing, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting may be retained for up to 12 months, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
Support records may be retained for as long as necessary to respond to your request, maintain service quality, and keep a record of issue resolution.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
No online service can guarantee absolute security. However, we take reasonable steps to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are applied when personal data is transferred or processed internationally.

The information described in this Privacy Policy is intended to be consistent with our app store data safety disclosures. The exact data collected may depend on your platform, app version, selected features, subscription method, and support interactions.
If you use the Android app distributed through Google Play, purchases and subscriptions made inside that app are handled through Google Play Billing unless an alternative billing option is lawfully and officially provided under Google Play policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may notify you by email, website notice, or in-app notice.
